Who we are
Heverest Group (formerly RC Tax Service) provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, business formation and Notary Public services at 135 Buenaventura Blvd, Kissimmee, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.
What we collect
On this website we only ask for contact details: name, phone or WhatsApp, the service you need, your language and the best time to reach you. We never ask for Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank accounts or documents through the website.
When you become a client, we receive the information needed to provide the service (for example, tax forms and ID). That information is delivered at our office or through our secure client portal, never through the contact form or WhatsApp.
We measure site visits in aggregate, without tracking cookies.
How we use it
To answer your request, schedule your appointment, provide the service you hire us for and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your information.
Your tax return information
As tax preparers, federal law (Internal Revenue Code section 7216) prohibits us from using or disclosing your tax return information for any purpose other than preparing your return, unless you authorize it in writing or the law allows it. We never use it for third-party marketing.
Financial privacy notice
We do not share our clients' nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties except as the law permits (for example, to provide the service you asked for, to comply with the law, or with your authorization). That is why you do not need to opt out of sharing.
Who we share it with
Only with those needed to provide the service: the IRS and other authorities when we file on your behalf, technology providers that help us operate (for example, the secure portal or email service) under confidentiality obligations, and licensed professionals (CPA, Enrolled Agent, insurance or real estate agent) when you ask us to. We may also share it when the law requires.
How we protect it
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards in line with the rules for tax preparers (FTC Safeguards Rule and IRS Publication 4557): limited access, two-step verification, encryption and an incident response plan. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
Text messages and WhatsApp
If you agree to be contacted, we may call you or send SMS or WhatsApp messages about your request, appointment and service. We do not send third-party marketing. Carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for help. We do not share your number or consent with third parties for their own messaging.
Cookies and site tools
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare to host the site, measure visits in aggregate without cookies, and protect the form from spam (Turnstile). Fonts load from Google Fonts.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data online. Information about minor dependents is received only from their parent or guardian to provide the service.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details while they are useful to serve you, and client documents for as long as tax and professional rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your contact details, or to stop receiving messages, by email or WhatsApp. Some records must be kept by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with its date. If the change is significant and you are a client, we will let you know.
